HELP:bluetooth and S640A

HELP
I have 2004 X5 (Europe)with S640A option.I want to install bluetooth.
I bought on Ebay ULF modul and order from BMW dealer bluetooth antenna.
What else I have to install? What comes with S640A option?Do i have microphone.How connect ULF modul to bluetooth antenna.Do I have hidden cable to connect ULF with antenna.?
