I think I know what is the problem now, but I need help to find the solution.

now when I start the car and the radio is off the phone system will work without any issues or trouble, but once I start the radio the system still working but no audio output.

sometimes, I will statrt the car, radio is off no audio out put untill turn the MID power on in this case I can hear both the radion and the phone.

I looked at the radio connections I could not fone the plug X18126, I puled the harness out still no plug can be found.

now if the plug is not installed there should be no audio output, but some times I have audio from the phone, is that normal???/

is it possible that the radio head unit itself needs to be replaced????
