Pairing button
 
HI
Do I need pairing button on the
center console to pair the phone?
I've installed ULF,mic,antenna.Can I pair by pressing R/T button on the steering?
I tried few times but shows only ACTIVATE PHONE.

Please HELP

Yes, you need a pairing button....if you can install the one with the eject box, it makes pairing alot easier.

There is 2 buttons on the steering wheel "speaking face" and "R/T"
that's not enough to pairing?still need one on the center console

Yes. You need to get a pairing button. The "speaking face" on the steering wheel will not get you into pairing mode.

You should get the eject box for the center console. Sorry, but that is the way it is.

If you really do not want the pairing button, you can short pin 1 on the ELO18 connector to ground for 3 seconds, turn the ignition on and then let go after 3 seconds to put in pairing mode. Not recommended, but it can be done.

OR you can put your car on a BMQ DIS computer and start the pairing mode from software.
