help with bluetooth
 

hello my car is x5 3.0i 2004
with navigation system,tele/sos but not active
telephone in the navigation system,i also have
the esn-#for the phone in the pk. card
do i need to change the sos/tele with the bluetooth
system ???????

use my portable cel in my car with hand free

I assume that you have the BMW Assist module. If your build date is after 03/2004 then you can replace the Motorola Assist module with one from a 2005 or newer so that you can have both Assist and BT. If your build date predates that then you have to replace it with a Visteon BT module and you will lose Assist.
