FWIW Sony Ericsson M600i seems to work ok?
 

I just bought one of the new SE M600i phones, and it seems to work ok with my BT system... everything seems to function the same as per my old Nokia 6230i did (ie addressbook transfers ok etc.)

I tried a Nokia E61,.. and it didnt work at all well. It only really functioned as a hands free.

I only wish the M600i had 850 and had EDGE. GPRS is way too slow for me.

I have the K800i and I have to say that its awesome...

I don't miss the 850 band at all, but I wouldn't mind having edge...

Why not go for the K790a?

I am also thinking about acquiring a K800i.I hear it takes amazing pics but whats your opinion on the video quality?Is it adequate?Or as bad as they say?The experts say that Nokia have the best video but my friend has N80 and the video quality is worst than on my k750i!

Hmm.. well the M600i has UMTS/ W-CDMA which has a much faster data transfer rate than EDGE?.. I assume that your network doesnt offer UMTS and is not a real 3G netwrok?

It has 850 & 1900 MHz UTMS. the M600i only offers 2100 UMTS

No UTMS here in the states :(. Those of us who buy 3G phones are a rarity and usually have to import them for europe or asia.

@Powers: The pic quality is very good. I'm in vegas now, and if your interested in any pics of the strip i'd be happy to forward them to you...

I havn't taken any video's yet, but if you want i can take one I guess...

Cingular has UMTS now in some locations.

It was my understanding that they decided to stop rolling out UTMS and instead roll out the next gen protocol...
