Nokia response to E62 and BMW bluetooth

We understand your inquiry in regards to connecting and using your Nokia E62 phone with your BMW Bluetooth car kit.

We regret inform you that your Nokia E62 phone does not have the ability to transfer it's whole phonebook to a device all at once other than a computer with the help of Nokia PC Suite. If it is possible it would not be done through the phone as there are no settings or options to send your whole phonebook.

Several automakers are installing phone systems in their new cars. These automakers do not give us any information about their products and we cannot determine what Nokia phones are supported. We recommend that you contact your dealer because they will be in a better position to know what phone models are supported by your device.

Nokia does not test third party car kits in conjunction with Nokia phones and only recommend and support Nokia car kits. Nokia only upgrade software versions on Nokia phones when it will fix a proven software problem not to make the phone compatible with third party products.
