Bluetooth Custom Harness + Questions

Hi All,

I'm new to the bluetooth forum, but have been busy on the nav forum :)

I'd just like to ask a few questions if I may regarding the bluetooth setup.

I have a Euro, e46 without bluetooth (or pre wired) and the car has just about every thing else (no hk). I currently have the nokia bluetooth kit installed and its Ok, but i'd like a better intergration with the Sat Nav display etc.

Now i don't really want to go to the expence ($700) for the rerofit kit, is there any way the that 54pin connector can be made/modded to connect to the normal radio (bm54) using a SOT/phone lead to:

Power the BT module
output calls to the front speakers,
connect to the ibus
Provide mic in (solder a 2.5mm jack, to connect the nokia mic)

and maybe have the pair button and the bt antenna in the boot, I don't really need the eject box and the snap-in stuff.

BTW anyone have the 54pin connector pin outs diagram?

Any help would be great, thanks

John
