Bluetooth and VZW Treo 700W
 

Newbie X5 owner here. I've read quite a few posts about how daunting it is to pair the Treo 700P or W with BT (I have Windows version). Has anyone discovered a solution for getting the BT system in the car to download the entire contacts/address book from the Treo (not just the picture/favorites)? Or has that not been resolved yet? If not, would it just be best to input favorite numbers directly into the car's BT? Any advice would be appreciated. :thumbup:

i had much problems with my Treo 680....so many in fact that I sold it and went with a Cingulair 8525. Now bluetooth works perfectly! You're only solution maybe to upgrade to the latest bluetooth module (see bimmernav) AND/OR go up to your cellular provider and have them test EVERY phone with your X5 to see which one pairs and transfers the best and then choose that one. That's what I ended up doing after I updgraded the BT module to the latest Visteon module. Now it loads and downloads and connects flawlessly.

I have a 700p with verizon and i can only load the #s on the favorite buttons on my treo. Same issue when i had the 650. I'm not sure id want all the #s loading anyway. Too many to go through.
