Turn off Bluetooth?

I am using my bluetooth ear piece 100% of the time with my new BB Curve and took off the BMW as a device on the BB Curve.

Now the 05 X5 is always asking my BB for a passkey to connect which is proving annoying when I look at my screen while driving.

Is there a way to temporarily disable the BMW's bluetooth?

Did you pair the BB Curve to the car? If so then you can delete the pairing by entering pairing mode and pressing the 'pair' button for 10 seconds. Alternativly delete the pairing from the BB Curve.

When I delete the pairing from the BB Curve, the car keeps asking to pair with the BB curve. That is the annoying part.

But recently it stopped and don't know why. I tried to pair again, but the BT BMW code no longer works.
