Issues with Bluetooth and Samsung i730
 

Anybody using this phone anymore? I just picked up my 08 x5. Phone paired perfectly, downloaded my phonebook in no time and makes calls great. The only issue is the bluetooth drops out after a minute or two. At that point I have to pick up the phone to finish the call.

Anybody else have issues with the bluetooth dropping?

BMW Bluetooth doesn't work(will drop) with Samsung or LG or newer Nokia.

Works great with HTC smartphones and most Motos as well as Windows based Treo(with Jetware)

I've not used that phone, but have you tried deleting the text messages? This seems to cause issues on some phones.

I have the i730 and it works fine with my E70 no problems with dropped calls. However, i'm thinking about upgrading my phone to either Blackberry 8830, Samsung i760 or LG Voyager (Verizon) and havent been able to find any discussion on how these new phones pair up with the E70. Any thoughts or feedback on this........:driver:

I was not able to get the i730 working, but I did buy the i760, love the phone and the pairing works great!

How's that phone working for you, any issues with dropped calls, address book transfer or caller ID with the E70. I'm about ready to pick up the i760.

Perfect! Phone book is in, calls are good, no drops. All is good.
