Also - my Blackberry Curve 8320 has all of that. And most of it, I didnt need software to download, and yes, I'm listening to music, watching videos etc.. :nanana: LOL

I think the iphone is a great phone though, #2 on my list as far as features and coolness go...

I guess having the super-responsive touch interface, and the ability to manage all of my media content via iTunes are two of the biggest advantages to having an iPhone.

I've never used the Blackberry Curve (although they do seem to be very capable, and a nice compact design) I can't imagine it can come close to rivaling the iPhone for web browsing... The integrated safari browser on the iPhone is a pure joy to navigate the web with.
I also like the fact tha the entire face of the phone can be utilized as a widescreen display for TV and movies...

I know some folks are hell bent on having a hardware keyboard to type on, but to me, that's all just unnecessary space when you could have a software keyboard like the iPhone.

To each his own. I know that Blackberry has really nailed the push email thing, and it's hard to argue with the fact that it is a great emai/text device, but as for the interface, multimedia, and fun factor, I'm giving the win to the iPhone

i would probably concede defeat in the fun factor category for tv/movie viewing etc.. but I use mine mostly for email and IM (proprietary BB IM to msg all my other blackberry folks instantly).

they keyboard would be a huge issue IMHO, but like you said, to each his own. some will like the keyboard, some will hate it. some complain about the keyboard on the BB curve as well..

i would get the iphone just to be able to dock it in my car in my speck dock LOL. well worth the cool factor (music fading in and out for bluetooth phone calls).

I agree... I'm seriously considering the DICE setup with the speck dock. I just think it would be great to have all of your music information viewable on the factory display. And, of course, the integration of phone calls to your music listening is just fantastic. No more fumbing to turn down the radio as you try to answer your phone.
