Motorola RAZR V3c CDMA variant
I just stumbled upon this article announcing the new RAZR V3c CDMA variant that appears to be adopted from the Korean RAZR CDMA counterpart to the U.S. GSM model. I am really hoping that Verizon will include this phone in their future phone offerings. Do any of you have any additional information on this phone?

Buy now. From phonescoop.com: The pre-production model was specced for Verizon, including the use of Verizon's new standardized interface and VCAST. Motorola has said that the CDMA RAZR is due out in the US Q1 of 2006, however source say the company is working very hard to have them on store shelves by the holidays. |

you can bet that the bluetooth function will be crippled by verizon when it is released. 100% certain. OPP and OBEX disabled. dont expect it to update the phone book on your BMW.

I was just speaking with my wireless vendor as I was ordering a stash of goodies.
The CDMA Verizon Razr is scrapped. As u know, Verizon is usually the last company to release similar/like models of phones (V60) for example. They do have very stringent R&D testing on their phones which I guess is a good thing & a bad thing. Anyhow, from what I heard - Verizon asked Moto to add an external antenna to the phone and Moto said *NO*, so that phone is not going to be offered from Verizon. |
