2000 e39 - no sound
 

Replaced old motorola phone with ULF modul, everything works fine execpt no audio, the other side can hear me fine, so mic works. Also i have SES modul, do i need to get rid of it? Old motorola DB25 connector doesn't have "TELEPHONE ON" wire, which must go to ULF pin 34, is it important? Measured voltage on ULF pins 37 & 38 (audio+ & auido-), and I got -3.0v, is it normal?
