Blackberry 7100G
 

Been playing around with my Blackberry 7100G which I have had from work for a couple weeks..anybody have this phone yet?? Been having issues with the phone book sync'ing with the BMW bluetooth.. Otherwise, absolutely love it... much better than the big ass 72xx I had before and EDGE is definitely much better than GPRS. Also, does anybody have any good applications for the BB's? TIA!

I have the 7100t and have had issues in the begining. Had to upgrade software released last week of January. More info on Blackberry's site. Never got the hang of this phone due to shared keys so its just sitting around unused.

yeah saw that before I got it...Haven't really had any problems with it and it has yet to reboot on me. I'm on v4 of the firmware. Had the T-Mobile version had a lot of problems on the 1st release.

Does the 7100g completely integrate into your BMW bluetooth. I just had my 04 525 upgraded and my Moto V551 works flawlessly. I would like to get the 7100g but have heard of problems.

Get the Treo 650. Mine works perfectly with the old -552 BT module. All speed dial enties sync with the car. The Treo is also an incredible phone--call quality is amazingly clear! The 7100G is nice tho--I would have gotten it, but the Treo works better for me for a variety of reasons. :thumbup:

These two websites have great apps for all of these devices you are talkin about- I have the Ipaq 6315 and mine works just fine, especially after i just downloaded the recent update. Here are those sites if you haven't already visited them.
