Verizon Blackberry Storm Sync
 

Hi,

I am new to this forum and a new 07 X5 owner. I tried synching my storm with the system, but could not. It kept asking me for a passkey. I did call BMW and they said that my phone is not compatible. I have seen on other sites that it is, so I am not sure which is right.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

You should be able to make up a passkey in the iDrive bluetooth set up. Just enter the same code into the phone when prompted......Phil

I used 0000 on both and that did not work.

Make sure your Storms network connections are turned on......Phil

Thanks for responding! I am not sure what you mean. I did have the bluetooth activated on the phone and when I tried synching it just would not.

Any other suggestions?

I will try that tonight. I did follow what the demo said, but you never know I might have missed something.

Ok - It worked once I removed the others phones that were previously synch.
