Can I un-pair at will?

I have the BT connection between my Moto v710 and my X5. Works great, never fails. Occasionally I want to go off speakerphone, and just use the handset. I figured out how to do that on the Moto handset, but then it re-connects to the BMW within a few seconds, if the car is still running! Any way to avoid this?

You will have to disable Bluetooth on the handset to prevent it from repairing.

That's a pain, and not something that would be unobtrusive to do while in a call. Thanks for the info.

With my MOTO E815, when I use the menu on the phone to disconnect from the BT connection, it stays disconnected. :dunno:
