It's a lot of coin to fork over every year. Above what Roadside assistance gives you, I never much saw the point of Assist.

Never seen anyone get knocked out in a car wreck, have you? Pretty nice to know that if you crash, you don't have to wait hours for someone to notice your car in the ravine. But, that is why it is an option. If you don't want it, don't bother. :thumbup:

You have a valid point and I won't argue with it. It's still a lot of dough and I hope that if anyone ever needs it, it works. I've been transferred and hung up on by BMW roadside assistance that hasn't exactly inspired confidence should a major emergency take place.

Had a crash last year. Within seconds, I was hearing "John, John! Are you OK? Did you just have a crash?" It was actually quite reassuring.
