The folks on this site say that the phone book will upload to the X5 successfully. Hope they are right. See jonbans comments. Thread date 10/27/05

Try to find out how he did it cause I 've had my i870 since october and I was able to pair it with the X5 but the phonebook doesn't load up automatically or does it give u the option to upload it manually. As far as adding each one of your contacts manually , then, yes that it does do!!!

Still haven't heard from this person. Just re-posted the question. OBTW what color is the keypad backlight?

BLUE EXCEPT FOR THE SEND AND END BUTTONS, WHICH ARE GREEN AND RED RESPECTABLY!!!
