Want to buy Bluetooth kit quickly
 

I want to add Bluetooth to my 2002 X5. I have upgraded my radio module, navigation(dvd), and added sirius...but now I want bluetooth. I get sporadic responses from advancedautovations.com....and I would like to get this overnighted...is there anywhere else I could buy a kit and get it overnighted? Also...for those of you who have installed this kit....am I better off ordering a microphone from a dealer or ordering along with the bluetooth kit from AA?

Hey Jeff, in the latest 2005 X5 accessories catalog it notes that "2002 and earlier X5s may need additional parts".... I was under the assumption bluetooth was a 2003 only thing from BMW. Has this changed?

Check the bottom of page 32 of the Accessory catalog for 2005.

It also says that you can't get Bluetooth with Assist, so not everything in the '05 catalog is correct. As far as I know, BMW still isn't offering a solution for the pre-2003's, and the retrofit kits from AA are about the only real solution that gives you total OEM integration.
