Thumbs up Perillo BMW, Chicago, IL

perillobmw.com

First of all, I have heard all kinds of stories about Perillo BMW, not all good. I have been dealing with them since 1994 in Chicago. Here is the summary of my experience with them:

1) Outstanding customer service. I have bought both X5s from Perillo, and have never ever had ANY bullsh** or other problems. I have dealt with Joe Perillo Jr. (the manager/owner's son) each and everytime. He will assign you a salesperson or take care of you himself. I have dealt with Jeff Faller there, a very nice, non-pushy very accomodating salesperson. He was outstanding.

Trade in value is always 'higher' than what other local dealers give. Joe Jr. is also willing to deal. He moves volume, and therefore is better able to negotiate pricing.

2) Great service department -- they know their stuff. They will take you to the back and show you what is going on. Very knowledgable, friendly, and willing to listen. On top of that, they are VERY honest. My 1993 BMW 325is suffered a catastrophic main drive belt failure and they were very honest and fair in their repair of an out of warranty car.

This is the best dealership in the area that I have dealt with, and will only purchase vehicles here. It may be a drive into the city, but well worth it.

Remember, just walk in and ask for Joe Jr. He will take care of you!

ValveTronic is on a distinguished road
Perillo is okay. Try calling and getting a "live" service or parts person on the phone. The best service person is Angelo, I would not work with anyone else....
