BMW of Little Rock - LR, AR

I leased 2 vehicles from this dealership 3 years ago. It was a great transaction and although faces have changed I am glad to say that things are still good by me!

My wife and I were both reluctant to even go to the dealsership back in 02 but while looking for an SUV a Toyota salesman told us to go X5. He knew my wife would be happy with nothing else and was obviously a BMW enthusiast. So kicking and screaming my wife drug me into the BMW lot. We were immediately greeted by a very nice salesman who made all my preconceived notions vanish. To make a long story short we ended up ordering not only an X5 3.0i but a 525i as well.

We have had absolutely no problems with this dealership and the Service Department is top shelf! We did have one minor issue with the body shop which is not run by the BMW dealership but is owned by the parent company. Nothing too big!

Though most of my experience with them since our purchase has been with the Service Department, which I can't stress enough - They ROCK!, I am confident that my next purchase from them will be painless.

Today we turned in our first lease car, the X5 3.0i. We had no real idea of how this would go. The car is in great shape but the tires were getting old and there was a star in the windscreen. The windscreen passed the test and the dealership covered the tires under a program they call 'Tires for life'. We ended up having a tad over 3k miles overage which ultimately is all we were charged for. This may seem typical or maybe not. But this is where I have to give them two thumbs way up.

We recently purchased a 4.8is. However due to getting a great deal and quicker delivery elsewhere we did not go through this dealership. Honestly the voice in the back of my head was saying..they are going to screw you, idiot! So when I realized that we were dealing with obvious professionals I had to report it here.

There are a couple of salesman that I have talked to briefly that I like and although I can't speak from experience I feel confident recommending Keith Johnson in sales. He will do his best to get you what you want and make you happy. Obviously for our 4.8is his hands were tied. No hard feelings I hope.

Thank you BMW of Little Rock for not only giving us great Sales and Service but for giving my wife and I an obsession for cars that I thought I out grew years ago!
