Just want to write a recommendation for the guys @ North bay Imports. Specializing mostly in Audi & BMW. They aren't an official BMW dealership but after having a few parts orders messed up at New Country (Hartford) and general unpleasantness, I went over to North Bay and wow! These guys are not stuck up in the least bit. I feel really bad that I didn't make my purchase through them. They let me take any car off the lot for a test, with much freedom. Really down to earth guys that will not BS you at all. So far, all repairs have been decently priced.
Also want to write a recommendation for my friends @ NEO Autos in South Windsor, CT. Very specialized group dealing with BMWs, especially knowledgable with ///m cars. They've helped me to accomplish some pretty unorthodox mods that most "dealers" wouldn't touch.
