BEST & WORST in dealer service
Post in your experience, the best and worst in "service" BMW dealership. This might help us decide where to go for service. Most of them are good and fair, but who's the best? Mine are (and I've been to a lot)

They take care of me, all the time, every time. My SA, Jose...He's the man! They're all good people, from the managers Tim and Tony down to Joe the parts guy and Rudy the mechanic.

I don't have a thumbs down dealer to report as I've never had a need to go elsewhere.

btw - They donated a bicycle for our Tri-State meet a few years ago.
