5 Stars for BMW of Bel Air MD

Its been a while since I posted (or even lurked) but I recently came up on the end of my CPO warranty. Two days prior to end of the warranty, my battery died, and I took it in to replace that, as well as have the tires rotated, oil changed, etc...Brian and Joe found some other things that needed work and were covered under the warranty.....which I thought was pretty cool. CV boot cracks, rear trunk latch (which I mentioned) and some random hoses and brake pads. Would have been well over $1700 total.

Fast forward to three days after the warranty expires and my alternator dies. The guys called the warranty people and got the part covered as I was so close to the expiration. Saved me $600.

Overall, in the three years I've owned my X5, BMW of Bel Air has always done the very best they can to ensure that I am a happy and satisfied customer. Whether it's a loaner car (always a BMW!) or just doing the job right the first time and doing it reasonably quickly....this is a good, honest dealer IMO.
