North County BMW (Oceanside CA)

I bought an '09 X3 from this dealership in late '09. The place looked/felt like something out of the 1950's, and it was obvious they weren't selling many cars. They advised that they were planning on moving in a year or so to a new facility in Vista, about 10 miles away. We live in Orange County, about 50 miles away, and have only put 14,000 miles on the odometer so far, so we haven't needed to have it serviced and haven't been back. I never received anything official on it, but learned that they're now out of business, and I'm getting newsletters from the BMW dealer in Escondido. Anybody know what happened to North County BMW?

They closed. It will be opening again as BMW Vista. Same owners. I've bought 4 BMW's from Brecht( now Escondido ) BMW. No complaints.
