DON't BUY FROM TULLEY BMW IN NASHUA NH

I just had the wildest experience trying to buy a used X5 at Tulley BMW in Nashua, NH. Although I had a signed P&S from the dealership, I was yet to sign because the pricing was not in line with the sales reps quote to me in email (Email that I have kept for legal purposes).
The deal included trading in my BMW 540, however during the time of a verbal agreement and the time I was bringing it in, an old lady came along and plowed into my 540 and totalled it!
Here's the kicker. I called the dealer the next morning to arrange for me to come uip and put a deposit on the vehicle. The dealership told me they are having a holiday party and they will call me after the party. I sat at home all afternoon till 4pm. Then I called the sales rep and left a message to call me so that I can come up to put a deposit on it. I then get an email at 4:30pm saying "Sorry we sold that vehicle".
Although the dealership had every right to sell the vehicle, ethically I feel they screwed me by not calling me back and saying come on in with that deposit so that we can close the deal.
What I believe happened is they got MORE money for the vehicle and screwed their REPEAT customer. That's right, this would have been my THIRD BMW from that dealership.
It would take a magician to get me to go back to Tulley BMW to buy another vehicle.
I am out shopping again for a pre-owned X5 and when I buy it, I will be driving it right up to their showroom doors and blowing the horn and giving that sales rep Chris a BIG finger.

I made a deal to purchase an '07 X5 at an "ok" price about 2 yrs ago. 08's were out but at the time I couldn't find one equipped the way wanted. On the eve of the day I was going to pick up the car, I got a call from the sales manager (interestingly enough I had purchased a car from him years ago at Foreign Motors West) I recognized his name and he mine. He told me that they would have to have an additional $50 to do the deal, that I needed to be sure to bring a check for the additional $50. Needless to say, I cancelled the order. So actually I think they did well by me because I ended up purchasing an '08 for less $. Thank you Tulley!
