Letter sent to My ex-BMW dealership

I normally don't take time out of my day to send emails like this but felt you should know how I feel about your dealership. *I have been coming there for a few years now with two cars, one not bought there and a recently leased 2011x5d. Jack polman the sales rep and megan were great that's the only positive thing I have to say. The rest is horrible!! *Here are just some highlights.

You guys scratched it and had to paint a portion of it.
Getting in it after service the radio blasting and water bottles in it.
My hood latch broke. You had the car for about 9 days with no communication for that time. I finally p/u the car and went to a meeting. On the way back out of curiosity I tried to open the hood. Not only does the latch still not work but a coat hanger I'd hanging from it slapping against the car. Had to bring it back, not even a sorry and out of my car for more days.
My head light went out. I stopped by, your service manager at the time and a mechanic came out to look. They told me $200 and this song and dance about putting it on a lift and taking the wheel off. It sounded like bullshit so I brought it to my mecchanic. He installed the bulb in about 45 seconds. Shocker the car never left the ground.

I'm on my 4th set of mud flaps going on about 5 weeks and you can't get the right set that fits! I've made numerous trips over there being told they were in stock and then not when I get there. When you do get the flaps they don't fit. How hard can this be????
I wanted to buy oil and a filter to possibly have it done in between 15k service. I was sold 7 qts and a filter. Guess what??? It takes 8.

These are just highlights I have more, but this is enough for you to get the idea. Every time I come there you guys screw something up. I have no idea how you are in business. All my friends love my car and ask where I got it.... *Need less to say. I want my money back for the flaps and will be going to westchester BMW. They seem to get hight rating on the three BMW forums I am on. There is a whole section on dealerships and service where you can post your experience. So , thank for the memories and cocktail party conversation for years to come! Post this on your wall in the hallway!
