Zaino'd the X5 today

Washed with Joy (didn't have any Dawn), Z-18 clay, Z5, Z2, Z6, Z2, Z6 and Z2 in that order.

I was standing about 7 feet away in this picture (but zoomed in for detail).

Looks great. Good job.

Great stuff, that Zaino.

I did the same thing today. Will post pics when I regain the ability to move.

I think Joy must be the secret. Nice capture of the reflections. Is that Steel Gray?

30 minutes to wash and dry + 15 minutes to clay + ((15 minutes to apply Z2 or Z6 + 30 minutes wait time + 20 minutes to remove * 6 applications)) = 7+ hours

Looks great! You're way faster than I am with the Zaino! Did you use a machine?

Nope. Just spread the zaino on the applicator pad, smear it aound like butter on bread, then apply in back-n-forth motion to the hood, up-n-down to the sides. Takes 15 minutes to apply (including the roof and bumpers). Let dry 30 minutes (and that's with the ZFX accelerator), then buff off with a soft cloth (I used old t-shirts). Because there is no hard rubbing required when applying, it's really easier to apply than others. After the Z-6 is applied, the next coat of Z-2 will go on/off even easier.
