Detailed our 3 series.
My process with be this.
Also, since this has barely any cut, would it be right to work in the wax like I would with a polisher? I'm thinking something about Speed 2 with just a few passes.

Have you checked out this resource on Autopia? It's very informative.

Thanks for the link.
I've now read all of the guids on AutoGeek and AutoPIA and both styles are very similar. I find the AutoGeek guides a bit more informative on what I need to know, the speed to move the machine. The package should come next week, so expect a few pictures the following Sunday. I'll be doing this on our Blue E46, to show the differences a bit better.

Anyway, here are some pictures of my other detailing supplies. Cleaned up and organized everything here.
First up will be everything I have. I managed to find some of my dad's old, and still full, bottles of supplies too! ![]() Fusso Coat? Dad told me it was Japanese. Anybody heard of it? ![]() And now some old Armor All some Turtle Wax Polish. I wonder if any still work. ![]() And now all my towels. The bin is split in half, with the yellow side being all microfiber and the multicolored side being the work towels.

I'm done with the 3 series! Used Meguiars ScratchX for the swirls instead, but I still need more cut.
Right side compounded, left nothing. ![]() During compounding. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Final shot with Meguiars NXT applied.
