+1 on the Einszett Cockpit Premium from Phil and Detailers Domain. I purchased the Einszett interior kit from DD which included the Cockpit Premium spray. Made the entire dashboard, steering wheel and trim look clean but not greasy.

For the entire 4 years I have owned my X I have never
used anything else but a damp micro fiber cloth.

Cockpit is great stuff. I was like Quicksilver and a damp cloth works for the dash but not as well for the wood trim and other parts. Cockpit will get it all and does not leave a gloss or shine. It just makes it look clean and new. It is now a staple in my detailing kit.
