did you try a combo of some sort of cleaner and the blade? i know my tint guy sprays abundant stuff on the window and then cleans with a razor blade prior to tinting

This has PROVEN to work. --> Spot-X. Can find at local Home Depot.
Hard water stains, acid rain, auto glass repair, spot-x, rust stains, cleaning product, water spots I had same issue with my previous X5, tried everything and nothing worked. Finally tried Spot-X and voila! |

Hey LeMans X5... btw, is SpotX safe to use on tinted windows or windows with BMW's OE tint? The website says not to use the stuff on anti-fog coated mirrors, which I assume is all 3 BMW mirrors (exterior and interior), so just wondering about the rest.
