Newbie question

Hi i'm new and about to buy a x5 at good price but not very much loaded.
Here's the stereo:


Let's say i buy this from ebay:

Can i just plug it, or i will miss some parts?

it looks like that is just the monitor you would still need a nav computer antenna and wiring harness.

I heard that this is a VERY expensive mod when I looked into it between parts and labor it was around $4,000.00, I would recommend putting the money into an aftermarket nav system. my .02

Ok Thanks I don't want to remove the dashboard , so if it's not plug and play i think i ll follow your advice

Is it possible to add flip up screen gps instead of the flap?
