Pairing button for 05 X3

I need a pairing button and related wiring for the console for my 05 x3 for the blue tooth sytem ( all other parts are installed- the pairing button & related console wiring was removed -Don't ask !!). I have tried Bimmernav but got no response except that they have a complete kit available.
Any help will be greatly appreciated .
Thanks
Wayne

Pairing buttons are no longer available from BMW. Bimmernav will eventually respond. They can make you a pairing button that you connect to the connector in the center console. It costs $5, but shipping is $20. Here's a link to a E46 forum for "making your own." I'm not smart enough to figure it out so I'm having the dealer (who offered to do it for free) pair the phone for me.
