Look like Style 300...came on E70 X5 M and E71 X6 M.
If so, they ae 10 x 20 F and 11 x 20 rear. Not poz on the wheel bore...

Net is your friend...there are dozens of wheel explanation sites.
Here is one I just grabbed with illustrations and good info:
Wheel offset explained in plain English (yup pictures too) - Deutsche Auto Parts

That 'lower looking/wider' rear wheel gives the car that 'staggered look'.

This may help, and I believe it to be accurate:
-X5 E53 = PCD 5x120, centre bore 72.5mm and M14x1.5 bolt thread. ET 40-45

-X5M E70 = PCD 5x120, centre bore FRONT 74.0mm, centre bore REAR 72.5mm and M14x1.25 bolt thread. ET 18-40

-X6 E71 = PCD 5x120, centre bore FRONT 74.0mm, centre bore REAR 72.5mm and M14x1.25 bolt thread. ET 38-40

The Style 300 wheels, (if those are indeed the wheels in the photo and orig equipment), fit both the X5M and X6.

The wheels have rear wheel bore hole size same as your current 2006 4.4, but have a larger wheel bore diameter on those front wheels. Some posters have mentioned running wheel rings under wheels with larger bore hole.

Also note that the wheel lug bolts are slightly different...no idea of that fitment or if it affects wheel to hub snug down.

Dave, thank you very much for going through the trouble to get that info. I really appreciate it. Just bought an E70 looks like they're going on that lol. Thanks man, hope I can be of some assistance one day.
