Is this SideWall Damage Safety Concern?
So This tire was obviously run low on Air Pressure, and it has created a ring around the sidewall, and is soft to the touch.
Was surprised when the inspection station said it was not a Fail, but to me is a safety concern, am I wrong in being concerned?
