I tried several:
The picture on the x5world frontpage http://www.xoutpost.com/tirerack.html Message (in Swedish of course) You are not allowed to view this page after backing off I get: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /affiliates/live/index.jsp on this server. Also tried www.tirerack.com, same result
