brake noise with ceramic brakes

Hi,

Just wondering if any of oyu installed cermaic brakes, with new discs, and they make a grinding metal to metal noise when braking?

ceramic pads are noisy! I have them on my WRX Subaru and because of the high metalic content in the pads they will last longer but make noise.. According to my subaru mechanic
