Alignment ? - Front camber
Is front camber adjustable? Would a tire shop not do it because it's a pain in the arse?
I just had my alignment done today, they didn't adjust the front camber, driver's side is within spec at .1 (range is -.6 to .2) the passenger side is a little out of spec at -1.3. Should I go back and b!tch or am I being anal? Although it's only out of spec by .7 degrees, it's 1.4 degrees different from the drivers side! My old tires were scalloped on the inner edges, I'm hoping to prevent that or at least minimize that from happening again. If they say they can't adjust it, I just want to have ammo to get my money back and go to the dealer maybe. TIA |

I found the answer. It's adjustable, FYI.
Went back to the shop and they admitted they didnt have the tool for the front nut adjustment. Gee, thanks for telling me that earlier. They're supposed to get the tool and do it soon. |

My mechanic had to bring my X to his buddy's shop to do the alignment properly... he told me its a little harder to do than most automobiles.

Ended up getting a refund, have to go somewhere else.
The manager just wanted business even after the alignment guy said they didnt have the right tool. |
