Michelin Latitude Tour HP and M&S imprint

I am interested in the Michelin Latitude Tour HP tire for my 2003 X5. Does anyone have these tires and know that the M&S label is imprinted on the tire? I need this designation for California to travel in the mountains without chains under certain conditions. Just in case, my tire size is 285/45R19 and 255/50R19.

If these tires do not have the M&S imprint, does anyone know of any other tires in this size that has the imprint?

Thanks in advance.

Our records indicate Michelin brands these M+S. Pirelli makes the Scorpion Zero in your sizes as well that are all season.
