Sound from front wheel

I've just replaced brakes and calipers and prior to doing these in addition to the sterring shaking, I could feel and hear a sound from the front wheel as it turned. It almost sounds like I had a flat tire or something stuck in the tire. As I go faster the sound increases. I've read lots of ideas...wheel bearing, control arm bushings...any ideas?

re-check all your bolts that you loosened or took off. Check the tire and make sure its clear of any obstructions. jack up front end and spin tire see if you hear it? Do you hear it at slow speeds?

I checked all the nuts etc. and I do hear it more at slow speeds...maybe the breaks need to waer in....I'm thinking it might the pads rubbing because they are new?

look at the rotor carefully on both sides and see if there is a abnormal wear pattern, like a deeper groove in the rotor. is it a squeeking noise?

The rotors are brand new but I think that's where the problem is..it sounds like something is catching it because the more I think about it the more it feels like something is rubbing against the rotor. I'm going to take the wheel off today and spin the wheels to see if I can see it.

Is it a clicking noise when you turn? You probably would have noticed grease on the wheel but could be a bad CV joint if the boot is torn.

No ticking....I drove it this morning and it was really loud for a while and then got quiter so I'm really thinking it may be the new brake pads. I haven't beeded them in yet so I'm going to do that first.

Is that possible? No I'm sure you can't do it. I remember it making this sound before I changed the rotors and pads. I still thinking spinning the wheels off the ground will shed some light because the sound only happens for a short moment every rotation of the wheel. A job for tomorrow.
