Michelins MXV????

I have a 2005 X5 3.0 Sport Package. 255/55/18. I have over 55,000 miles and I am ready for new tires. I have had no problems with the Michelins, but people tell me I can do better. Any suggestions???? How about the Bridgestone Alenza??? That seems to be a goof tire. Thanks!!!

MXVs have been replaced 2 years ago with Latitude Tour HP.
Search for them, an excellent all-season tyre ...

just got the Bridge Alenza 255/55/18 replaced the MXV.... wow what a difference in all category... especially in the rain... we had some heavy rain in the Northeast in May... and the Bridge felt firm against the pavement unlike the Mich..... would never go back....
