I have replicas on my E70 X5 3.0si and I haven't had any problems with the TPMS so far.

the slot for the TPMS on the replicas may be smaller than on the OEM's, which would require buying another set if you want it to be perfect. My TPMS slot was smaller however they were able to still make it work, but it is not the ideal situation.
