Thank you. I did order the arch kit from RoverActive on ebay, and a plastic rivet tool from a seller on Amazon ($20). I replaced the standard arches that came with the sport package and 19" wheels. It was amazingly easy to do myself. I drilled out the center of the old rivets and installed the new arches (thanks to some helpful posts). It took about 1 hour, start to finish. I will post photos when I mount the the new 21" 128s, as soon as the snow melts.
The flared arches make a big difference as seen in the photos you posted.
