New wheels - help verify these will fit!

Hey guys, I have done the research and I am ready to purchase a new set of wheels/tires for my 2006 X5.

I wanted to get thoughts on this setup, and also verify that everything will fit correctly.

Wheels:
22" Lexani LSS10
22x10 all around
5x120 bolt pattern
40mm offset
-possibly need HUB Centric rings

Tires:
295/30/22 All around

Any thoughts or suggestions? I appreciate it, thanks guys!

Anyone think I should go with a 30mm offset on the wheels instead of 40mm?
