Need Advice-Wheel Center Bore

I need the forum's expertise.
Looking at a set of wheel I like and found out the wheel's center diameter is 78mm, and the car's center bore is 74mm. Though the wheel will fit the car, but would the oversize/loose fit center be a problem when the car is running?

Thanks

Definitely a problem. Try hub centric rings.

Thanks LeMansX5, As always, great help!!

How about if the difference is 1.5mm?
Another wheel style is 75.5mm center diameter to the 74mm hub, can't find a 1.5mm hub ring.

As long as there is more space than bore size, you need to use rings or there will be problem.
