Style 214 20x10 295/40R20 on e53

Newbie needs wheel advice. First of all, I've done my due diligence, but haven't found a post with the exact setup I'm considering. I'm close to pulling the trigger on purchasing non-staggered oem 214s. 20"x10" (et40) in all corners with 295/40R20. I have a 2006 X5 3.0. Questions: Will fronts rub on the wheel well when making a hard u-turn? I'm aware the fronts could protrude slightly out past the fender. Any concerns with using 20x10 (et 40) on the rears? If needed, I could add a small spacer. Does the 2006 X5 require the TPMS sensors inside the wheel? I read the 2006 may have a different TPMS design, than earlier models? Only downside I can see is the limited tire choices. I drive like a granny, so looking for long tread life and a somewhat quiet ride. My best option seems to be the Conti Extreme Contact DWS, although I'm not too keen on the unconventional tread design.
