I am not the expert as the recent model year nomenclature for Xs, requires a Spotter's Guide, imo, but here is the wheel info from a seemingly definitive post:

No, the rears off on X5M have a center bore of 72.5mm. You would need have them bored out to 74.1mm to fit on E70 X5 (as I did).
