DDE/PDC problem FIXED!!!

Yes, you heard it. We took Paul's X5 back into the shop today and tinkered around the the DDEs we installed (see here if you missed it). Paul has the front and rear PDC and that wouldn't function correctly with the DDEs.

We narrowed the problem down to the supplied ballasts. We've replaced the X5 DDE ballasts with Umnitza Predator Chromium ballasts that were supplied in the latest e46 product. The current supplied ballasts output a frequency very similar to the PDC's frequency. The e46 ballasts are built differently and do not emit the same frequency, thus (as far as we could tell today) do not effect the PDC.

Umnitza has been notified. If you do not have PDC on your X5, you obviously don't need to worry about your DDEs. If you do, contact Umnitza for a fix. If you have any questions, feel free to ask

-Chris
