should lend itself well to M treatment.

The front end of this car is "OK" but the rear is a let-down.
It looks like an American family car design actually. Those tailights are my main problem. I see they tried to give the front more of a snarl look by using E46-sedan kidneys and "squinted" headlights, but it too looks unnatural compared to the fine proportion found on the E90 sedan.

Overall, I really like it. I can live without the taillights (too much red) and those rims (too many spokes).

Thanks for sharing the pics. I think it's okay. It doesn't turn my crank, at least in this guise. As Wagner said, the M treatment should serve it well. The rear end is the weakest, I think. The lights have a sort of Jetta/Corolla kind of feel. The rear window and C-pillar look like they blend to softly into the rear deck. I don't know. It's just sort of "blah" overall. I'll definitely reserve final judgement until I see it in the steel but for now, I'm not too excited abou it.

Thanks for posting the pics. I agree that the rear seems like it converges into a whole lotta nothin. Is it me or does it look really loong?
