I've seen that one and you're right, great pics and an unbelievably modded E90. That guy has done some amazing stuff. Check out his custom made Angel Eye foglights.

If you and Lil' do get an E90 and your mods begin, let me know. I've looked pretty thoroughly at the options for the mods you listed; most will save you some money.
